Liposuction

Microcannular tumescent body liposuction. This form of liposuction is extremely safe, as it does not necessitate the use of general anesthesia or intravenous sedation. It is also the most precise and effective form of liposuction, allowing for smooth, natural-looking results with minimal discomfort, bleeding, bruising, and scarring. Tumescent body liposuction involves the injection of lidocaine (a local anesthetic) and epinephrine into targeted deposits of fat. This injection causes the area to become swollen, which allows a specialized doctor to access the fat through the smallest possible incisions. Through these incisions, the doctor would use an extremely small instrument called a microcannula to break apart and suction out the excess fat (which can be used as part of a subsequent fat transfer procedure, if desired). Because the procedure is minimally invasive, patients experience little to no pain or downtime afterwards, with few tell-tale signs that they underwent a surgical treatment.
Tummy-tuck

Abdominoplasty, known more commonly as the “tummy tuck,” is most helpful for:
-
people who have lost a lot of weight
-
women who have had several children
-
anyone who has loose fat and skin of the abdomen.
This is a surgical procedure to remove the excess fat and skin (that lower abdominal bulge, that we all hate) giving you a youthful, shapely abdomen.
